Shipping & Fulfillment Protocol

1. Processing & Calibration Time To ensure the integrity of each unit, all orders undergo a final inspection and calibration period of 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that our laboratory does not process transmissions or shipments on weekends or public holidays.

2. Global Transmission (Shipping Destinations) Mew_Holic Lab provides worldwide delivery. Shipping costs and duration are dynamically calculated based on your geographical coordinates and the complexity of the logistics route.

3. Estimated Delivery Window

• Standard Protocol: 7–20 business days

• Express Protocol (where available): 3–7 business days

Note: These timeframes are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, localized carrier protocols, or environmental delays are beyond the Lab's direct control.

4. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These external charges are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient. They are not integrated into our artifact pricing or initial shipping fees.

5. Transmission Tracking Upon departure from the Lab, a confirmation email containing a unique tracking identifier will be dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days for the synchronization of tracking data.

6. Anomalies (Lost or Delayed Packages) In the event that your package does not arrive within the projected window, please notify the Lab at Mewholic.shop@gmail.com. We will initiate a logistics trace to assist in the recovery of your artifact.
