Mew_Holic Lab: Sanctuary Calibration & Return Policy

At Mew_Holic, each Artifact is calibrated for the user's resonance. To maintain hygiene standards and energetic integrity, we implement the following protocols:
1. Damaged Artifacts: If your Artifact is physically compromised during transit, please contact the Lab within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a priority realignment (replacement or refund).
2. Hygiene & Exclusions: For reasons of health and hygiene, items that have been unsealed or worn— specifically Earrings and Pet Apparel—are ineligible for return once the original sanctuary seal is broken.
3. Standard Returns: For other non-hygiene items (Necklaces, Rings, etc.), we respect the 14-day international cooling-off period. Items must be returned in their original, uncalibrated state. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the subject (customer).
